How Do I Join Glow Rewards?

Do I have to pay to join Glow Rewards?
Membership is free, and there is no additional cost for earning or redeeming rewards.
Can I earn Glow Points without joining Glow Rewards?
Yes, you earn Glow Points on every purchase automatically. HOWEVER, you'll need to join Glow Rewards (for free) to redeem them. Signing up is quick and easy, so don't let your points go to waste!
How do I earn Glow Points?
You earn 1 Glow Point for every $1 you spend on all Glow Gummy purchases, minus returns, taxes, and shipping. You can also earn Glow Points for other activities such as 10 Glow Points for following Glow on Instagram. There is no limit to how many Glow Points you can earn - just make sure you're logged in to your account at checkout.
How do I redeem Glow Points?
Glow Points are redeemed for discount vouchers, in blocks of 100, up to a maximum of 500 per purchase. 100 Glow Points = $10 Discount Voucher. In your Glow Rewards account, decide how many Glow Points you wish to use. Convert them into a discount voucher and then enter the discount voucher details at check-out.
How does the Refer a Friend work?
Each referral earns a $10 discount voucher for you and your friend, once your friend has completed a purchase. When you register for this Refer a Friend you will obtain a referral code for your friend. Your friend must enter this code when checking out to receive their discount. You will receive a discount code into your Glow Rewards account once your friend has made their purchase. There is no limit to how many friends you may refer. You may only redeem one refer a friend voucher at a time.
How do I check my Glow Points balance?
Once you are logged in, go your Glow Rewards page
When do new Glow Points post to my account?
As soon as you complete a Glow Gummies purchase or complete an action, the Glow Points will automatically appear in your account.
Do my Glow Points or rewards expire?
Glow Points expire if you have not earned or redeemed any Glow Points within the last 12 months.
Refer a Friend discount vouchers expire after 6 months from the date they are earned.
Can I combine Glow Rewards with additional discounts?
For Bundle discounts you can shop and obtain discounts between 10-20% and then apply the Discount Voucher to further reduce the amount you pay.
You will always receive free shipping if the amount you pay after any/all discounts is over $75.
Refer a Friend vouchers ($10) can not be combined with first time order discount of 10%.
